An estimate, not a promise. The program describes its terms as: "25% of Booking.com's commission on stayed reservations, rising to 30%, 35% and 40% at 51, 151 and 500+ reservations". Tiers, caps and refunds can change the real figure.

About the program

Booking.com is the largest accommodation booking platform on earth, with millions of hotels, apartments, hostels and homes, plus flights, car rentals and attractions. Almost every travel blog links to it, and its brand converts so well that many readers book there even after researching elsewhere.

The affiliate partner program pays a share of the commission Booking.com earns from a property, not a percentage of the booking value. Affiliates start at 25 percent of that commission on stayed reservations, and the share rises with volume: 30 percent from 51 stayed reservations, 35 percent from 151 and 40 percent above 500. Because Booking.com's own commission is typically around 15 percent of the room price, that works out to roughly 4 percent of the booking at the entry tier. Commissions are paid after the guest completes their stay, monthly, once you reach €100, by bank transfer or PayPal. Applications are reviewed and the program is run in house with search boxes, deep links and a map widget. Tracking is session based, so there is no long cookie.

Cancellations pay nothing, which is why stayed reservation counts matter.

Booking.com converts from where to stay guides, destination itineraries, hotel reviews and comparison content. Every travel site should have it, and the higher tiers reward publishers who send volume.

Terms are as published by the program and can change. Confirm on the program's own page before you rely on them.
