1.2 Payment Information

For your subscription, we store only your Lemon Squeezy payment and subscription IDs to manage your account status. We do not store credit card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive payment information directly. All payment processing is handled securely by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor.

1.3 Affiliate Program Data

Using the Service means entering information about the affiliate programs you participate in. This includes:

• Asset information (the websites, channels, or social profiles where you promote affiliate links)
• Affiliate program details, including program names, company names, commission terms, cookie durations, and payout thresholds
• Dashboard URLs for the affiliate platforms you use
• Affiliate links you add, and the pages, videos, or posts where you've published them
• Payment records you log, including amounts, dates, and payment methods
• Notes and contact details for affiliate managers, if you choose to add them
• Data you import via CSV upload when bringing in programs from an existing spreadsheet
• Page links you save for internal reference, including the page title and URL

All of this data is entered manually by you. We do not connect to or pull data from any affiliate network on your behalf.

1.4 Usage Data

When you use our Service, we also collect:

• Usage analytics and interaction data to improve our Service
• Browser type, device information, and IP address

• Provide, maintain, and improve the affiliate link and page link organization and program management features of the Service
• Process your subscription and manage your account
• Authenticate your identity and prevent unauthorized access

3. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Row-level access controls ensure that only you can access the affiliate program data, links, payments, and contacts you've entered.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience with our Service. The cookies we use include:

• Authentication Cookies: To keep you logged in and manage your session
• Analytics Cookies: To understand how you interact with our Service and identify areas for improvement

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.

5. Browser Extension

Afflemi offers an optional browser extension (available for Chrome, with support for other Chromium-based browsers) that lets you search and save your affiliate links and page links without leaving the tab you're working in. The extension:

• Reads the title and URL of your currently active browser tab, only when you use the extension's save feature, to pre-fill a suggested name for the link or program you're saving. This information is not collected, transmitted, or stored unless you choose to save it.
• Stores your authentication session (access and refresh tokens) locally on your device, using your browser's extension storage. These tokens are used only to authenticate requests to Afflemi's servers and are not accessible to other websites or extensions.
• Sends the same categories of data described in this policy (affiliate links, programs, and page links) to Afflemi's servers when you search or save through the extension, identical to using the web app.

You can disconnect the extension at any time from within the extension itself, which removes the locally stored authentication tokens from your device. Uninstalling the extension also removes all locally stored data.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

• Google: For authentication (Google OAuth)
• Lemon Squeezy: For payment processing and subscription management
• Analytics Services: To track usage patterns and improve our Service

These third parties have access to your information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information. We do not connect to or share data with any affiliate network, and we do not sell your data to any third party.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Specifically:

• Account information is retained until you delete your account
• Affiliate program data, links, payments, notes, and contacts are retained until you delete them or close your account
• Payment records for your subscription are retained for accounting and legal compliance purposes (typically 7 years)
• Analytics data may be retained in anonymized form indefinitely for service improvement

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction: You can update or correct your account and affiliate program information at any time within the Service
• Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and associated data
