Heyflow Partner Program

Heyflow is a no code builder for interactive flows: multi step lead forms, quizzes, calculators and configurators that qualify prospects and route them into a CRM, with a HubSpot app and integrations for most marketing stacks. It comes from Hamburg, is strong across Europe and sells to marketing teams that want more than a static form on a landing page.

The partner program pays a tiered share of what referred customers pay: 30 percent in their first year, 20 percent in the second and 10 percent in the third. Heyflow also runs a customer referral scheme through its help centre that pays 20 percent of a referred customer's first year up to a cap, which is separate from the partner track. Applications are reviewed through the partner page, and payouts are monthly by bank transfer. The cookie length and threshold are not published.

Three years of declining commission on business plans is a long tail that most builders do not offer, and Heyflow's customers are companies rather than individuals.

Heyflow converts from interactive lead form comparisons, B2B lead qualification tutorials, HubSpot integration guides, Typeform alternative content and European marketing tool roundups. Content aimed at marketing managers rather than solo founders reaches its actual buyer.
