GRIN is a creator management platform used by brands such as SKIMS, ColourPop and IPSY, and it has moved to an unusual pricing model: you pay for the work its AI agent, Gia, does, measured in credits, rather than per seat or per contact. Affiliate programs run with no transaction fee on the sales they generate.

Gia handles discovery daily, matching, scoring and shortlisting creators from a pool of more than 700,000. The CRM is unlimited, so every creator and prospect lives there without per-contact billing. Gifting logistics run through workflow automation, affiliate links and discount codes track gross merchandise value, and reporting covers campaign analysis with custom reports. Shopify connects with one click, and an SDK and webhooks support custom storefronts.

Plans are monthly. Free includes 200 credits. Starter is $200 for 2,000 credits, Growth $500 for 7,500, Scale $1,000 for 20,000 and Complete $1,500 for 30,000, with overage at $0.10 per credit on paid plans. Everything is month to month and self-serve, with a sales consultation available but not required.

The credit model rewards brands that let Gia do the routine work and penalises heavy manual use, so estimate your monthly actions before choosing a tier. GRIN competes most directly with Modash and Aspire; its edge is the unlimited CRM and the absence of any percentage on affiliate sales.
