Referral Rock is built for businesses whose referrals come from relationships rather than share buttons: home services, professional services, healthcare, real estate, finance and B2B software. It runs customer referral, partner, ambassador and affiliate programs from the same system, which matters when the same person can be all four.

The Operator plan is $250 a month, billed month to month with no contract and 10 percent off annually. It includes 10,000 base members you import yourself, 1,000 rolling members a month added automatically through integrations, unlimited referrals with no overage fees, a hosted member portal and landing pages, sharing by link, code and QR, automated invite and reminder emails, custom domain and branding, and 10 user seats plus 10 recruiter seats.

Add-ons are priced clearly: another 10,000 base members is $125 a month, an extra program is $100, and ten more user or recruiter seats are $50 each.

The part most competitors do not include is a dedicated program advisor on the standard plan, helping design the program and keep it working. That is usually an enterprise line item. There is a 14 day free trial, and integrations connect through field mapping to email, billing and ecommerce tools. For a business whose referrals arrive by phone and email rather than share buttons, that hands on help is worth more than another feature.
