Target Partners

Target Partners is Target's affiliate program for publishers and websites, run on Impact. The seven day cookie is its strongest feature, considerably more generous than Amazon at 24 hours or Walmart at three days, and it suits the way people shop Target: browse now, buy on the weekend run.

Commission runs roughly 1 to 8 percent by category. Home and outdoor living sits at the top around 5 to 8 percent and apparel near 5 percent, while groceries and electronics pay at the low end. Target's seasonal merchandising, holiday decor, back to school, Halloween, is genuinely good affiliate content, because the products are photogenic, time bound and rarely available elsewhere in the same form.

One change to be aware of. In May 2026 Target replaced its commission based creator program with Club Target, a points based community open to creators with 500 or more followers that rewards participants with gift cards and products rather than cash commission, and added Target Ambassadors, an invitation only tier running through LTK. Target Partners, the affiliate program on Impact, continues for publishers and websites, but creators who joined for commission should understand which of the three routes they are now in.
