Tolt is affiliate program software aimed squarely at SaaS startups. It connects to Stripe, Paddle or Chargebee and promises a working program within 15 minutes, with unlimited affiliates and referrals on every plan and no transaction fee on referred revenue.

The basics are all present: customisable commissions, a branded affiliate portal on your own domain, double-sided rewards through coupons, and manual or automatic payouts. Auto payouts go out by PayPal, Wise, local bank, crypto or wire for a 2% processing fee. The Pro and Enterprise tiers handle the paperwork that trips up growing programs: W-9 and W-8 collection, invoicing and 1099 filing, plus a dedicated Slack channel and the option to remove the powered-by link.

Basic is $69 a month for up to $10,000 in affiliate revenue and two programs. Growth is $99 for up to $20,000 and five programs. Pro is $199 for up to $50,000 with unlimited programs, and Enterprise is custom above that. Every plan has a 14-day trial with no card and a 30-day refund policy.

Tolt is a good first tool for a small SaaS. Compare it with Rewardful and FirstPromoter at the same price points; the differences are in tax handling, payout methods and which billing systems you use.
