Its genuinely different idea is NameShare. Most referral tools only capture referrals that happen through a link, which misses the conversation in a pub or a group chat where someone says the brand name and nothing gets clicked. NameShare lets the new customer type in the name of the person who recommended them at checkout, so offline word of mouth gets tracked and rewarded like any other referral. For brands whose customers talk about them in person, that is a meaningful share of referrals the competition never sees.
