Google Cloud Marketplace for Partners

Google Cloud Marketplace lets software companies sell SaaS, data products and other software to Google Cloud customers, who can buy through their Google Cloud billing account. For customers with committed Google Cloud spend, marketplace purchases can make buying third-party software faster and simpler.

Google cut its marketplace revenue share from 20% to 3% in 2021, and from May 2025 introduced a variable structure. Standard public offers and private offers under $1 million in total contract value carry a 3% fee, private offers between $1 million and $10 million carry 2%, and private offers above $10 million, along with renewals, carry 1.5%.

Partners can publish public listings and create private offers with custom pricing and terms for specific customers. Listings connect with Google Cloud's wider partner programs, which support co-selling with Google's sales teams for eligible partners.

To start, partners go through Google Cloud's marketplace onboarding, integrate their product with Google Cloud billing and entitlement where needed, and submit their listing for review.

It suits B2B software vendors whose customers run workloads on Google Cloud, including data, security, AI and developer tool companies, and those targeting enterprises that prefer to buy through their cloud provider. Many partners use marketplace listing platforms to manage listings across AWS, Microsoft and Google Cloud at once.
