About the program
The HubSpot Technology Partner Program is for software companies that build integrations with HubSpot and list them in the HubSpot App Marketplace. It is the evolution of HubSpot's earlier App Partner Program, and it recognises partners based on the value they bring to HubSpot customers.
The marketplace is a strong distribution channel. HubSpot says most of its customers have installed at least one app, and many use more than five, so a good listing can bring a steady flow of installs from businesses already committed to the platform.
The program has four tiers: Partner, Rising, Leading and Premier. Tiers are based on customer value, revenue influence and quality standards, and HubSpot evaluates upgrades quarterly using the previous twelve months of performance. Some requirements are being phased in through 2026. For certified apps, ratings and review thresholds apply at the higher tiers, and certified apps are formally reviewed every two years.
Higher tiers unlock more marketplace visibility, including badges, priority filtering and featured placements, along with more support and co-marketing. Customers can see your tier on your listing and filter apps by tier.
It suits SaaS companies whose product connects to CRM, marketing, sales or service data, and wants to reach HubSpot's customer base.
