Gorgias Partner Program

Gorgias is a customer service platform for ecommerce brands, and its partner program is a major source of its growth, with the company saying partnerships drive around half of its revenue. The program is built for Shopify and ecommerce agencies that recommend and set up Gorgias for their clients, and for technology companies that integrate with it.

Agency partners earn what Gorgias describes as an industry-leading revenue share for each new customer they bring in, although the rate is not published. To keep the revenue share active, partners need to close at least one deal a year. After a year without a new deal, the revenue share is frozen until the next one closes.

The Elite tier is reserved for the top 10% of partners and brings closer collaboration with Gorgias. Technology partners follow a separate track for building and promoting integrations with Gorgias, which is useful for apps that serve the same ecommerce brands.

Joining is free. It suits Shopify agencies that handle customer experience, support or retention for their clients, since Gorgias is often part of the stack they recommend.

Gorgias also runs an affiliate program for content creators and publishers who want to recommend it without delivering services.
