Intercom Solution Partner Program

The Intercom Solution Partner Program is for consultancies and agencies that help businesses implement and get more from Intercom, the AI customer service platform. It sits alongside Intercom's programs for app partners, who build integrations, and for affiliates who refer customers.

Solution partners earn commission on the clients they refer to Intercom and can connect with Intercom's large base of more than 30,000 customers, many of whom need help setting up workflows, automation and AI support agents. Most of a solution partner's income comes from the implementation and consulting services they deliver, with commission on top. Intercom does not publish its commission rates, so ask when you apply.

App partners follow a separate track, building integrations that appear in Intercom's app store and earning from the apps themselves.

Intercom has grown quickly with its AI agent for customer service, so there is demand from businesses that want to deploy it well: connecting it to their knowledge base, designing handover to human agents and measuring results. Partners who can deliver that work are the target for this program.
