Intuit App Partner Program

The Intuit App Partner Program sets the terms for software companies that integrate with QuickBooks and list apps in the QuickBooks App Store. Intuit announced it in May 2025, and it took effect in July 2025, introducing tiers and platform fees based on API usage.

The program splits API calls into two types. Core calls are unmetered and free, and writing data into QuickBooks remains free. CorePlus calls are metered, with each tier including a monthly allowance of credits and fees for usage beyond it.

There are four tiers. Builder is free and includes 500,000 CorePlus credits a month, which suits smaller apps. Silver and Gold are paid tiers with more credits and benefits, and Platinum costs $4,500 a month for 75 million credits, top-tier partner support and access to premium APIs. Gold requires at least 500 active connections and Platinum at least 3,000.

Paid tiers bring more marketing support, access to new APIs, performance analytics and preferred placement in the QuickBooks App Store, which small businesses and accountants use to find apps that connect to their books.
