Zoom App Marketplace and ISV Program

The Zoom App Marketplace lets developers publish apps and integrations that extend Zoom's meetings, chat, phone and contact centre products. Alongside it, Zoom's ISV Partner Program supports software companies that build deeper integrations with the Zoom platform.

Public apps go through a two-phase review before they are listed. Zoom's marketplace operations team checks metadata, usability and compliance, and its security team performs a security audit and testing to protect customer data.

Developers can optionally charge for apps through the marketplace. Zoom handles transactions, taxes and payments, and takes a standard commission of 15% of gross sales, excluding taxes. Paid apps must also offer a free version, can have up to four pricing plans and must cost at least $0.99. Zoom's monetization is currently available only to US-based developers and customers.

ISV partners get more hands-on support: a business development manager to plan marketing and go-to-market, access to Zoom's developer advocates and sandbox accounts, help extending solutions across the Zoom platform, and options for revenue share and co-selling.

It suits software companies whose product connects to meetings and communication, such as note-taking and AI assistants, CRM and scheduling tools, and education or healthcare platforms. Private apps for your own Zoom account skip the public review.
