Freshworks Partner Program

The Freshworks Partner Program covers resellers, solution providers, technology and strategic partners, and affiliates who sell or build around Freshworks' customer and employee experience software, including Freshdesk, Freshservice and Freshsales.

Freshworks relaunched its partner program in 2025 with expanded reseller and services options. According to channel press coverage of the program, it has three tiers and reseller margins of up to 40%, with lead generation commissions and deal registration protecting partners' deals. Premier resellers get recurring margin on every sale and full control of billing and renewals, which means a closer relationship with their customers.

For partners who prefer to refer, Freshworks' referral terms start at 20% and rise to 30% of first-year revenue as you refer more eligible customers, with recurring commission for up to 12 months.

Partners get access to exclusive resources, marketing assets, networking events and free certifications, and can be found through Freshworks' channel partner directory. Technology partners can build integrations and reach Freshworks' customer base.

Joining is free after an application. It suits IT resellers and managed service providers, CX and ITSM consultancies and software companies that serve the same mid-market businesses. Confirm current margins with Freshworks, as they vary by tier and region. Affiliates who only refer have a separate track.
