Rippling Partner Program

Rippling runs partner programs for the advisers who help businesses choose HR, IT and finance software: accounting firms, HR advisory firms, benefits brokers and service partners who implement Rippling for clients.

The accountants program is the best known, with more than 1,500 accounting and HR advisory firms taking part. Partner firms get Rippling's payroll and HR free for their own business, and a 20% discount on payroll and HR for their clients, which they can pass on, keep as revenue share, or split. Rippling runs a progressive revenue share program, so as partners grow they unlock higher revenue share or reseller discounts, marketing funds and co-selling support across partner tiers. Partners also get a dedicated support line.

Benefits brokers have their own program, with referral payments for its PEO, free benefits administration for referred clients and tiers from Standard to Gold and Platinum, along with partner success managers and help building benefits plans.

Service partners can also join to implement Rippling for clients and support them after launch.

Joining is free after an application. It suits accounting and bookkeeping firms, HR consultancies and benefits brokers whose clients need modern payroll and HR, and who want recurring revenue and better pricing for those clients.
